Mutual trust, predictability, honesty and straightforwardness inside and out are fundamental principles firmly anchored in the Würth Group. The commitment to these values can already be found in the 1970s company philosophy written by Reinhold Würth.
It is not just about complying with all applicable rules and laws, but also about a corresponding attitude of the employees, which is an essential component of the Würth Group’s sustainable corporate success.
And we want to promote this inner attitude. At the same time, we also demand strict compliance with all applicable national and international rules and laws. In order to make this transparent to our employees as well as to our customers, suppliers and other business partners, we have derived concrete rules of conduct based on our corporate values, which we have summarized in the Würth Group’s Code of Compliance.
Reporting Hotline SpeakUp
With our Code of Compliance, we commit ourselves to a good attitude in dealing with each other as well as with our customers, suppliers and other business partners. Investigations show that frequently hints of third parties lead to the clarification of economic criminal acts. That’s why we have set up a system that allows us, in addition to employees of the Würth Group, to provide third parties with information on criminal acts and other serious compliance violations. This is the Internet-based BKMS system (Business Keeper Monitoring System).
If you want to give us a hint about this system, you can do so by name or anonymously. However, since we are looking for open communication, we encourage you to give your name by clues. In any case, we will treat your information as strictly confidential and take into account the legitimate interests of all parties involved.
Please create a mailbox in the BKMS system, which we can contact you about. This is important if you have any questions or you would like to supplement your message later with further information. Communication via the PO Box can – if desired – also be anonymous.
The purpose of the system is solely to draw attention to suspected fraudulent acts or defined, serious compliance violations in the Würth Group. Abuse for other purposes may constitute a criminal offense.
